DEVELOPMENT
12U, 14U
FVWP development program offers boys and girls in 12U and 14U a chance to learn the game, improve their skills, and get their first taste of what it's like to train with Valley.

With options to practice two, three or four times per week, Valley's development program is an excellent fit for multi-sport athletes, as well as water polo players looking to push their game to the next level.
Development athletes will work with coaches of our high performance program, under the guidance of Head Coach Michel Roy, to ensure our young athletes graduate from our program with a strong technical base, and plenty of game experience.

Our development teams will participate in occasional tournaments and scrimmages throughout the BC Lower Mainland, and will sometimes travel to play.

HIGH PERFORMANCE
14U, 16U, 18U
Fraser Valley's high performance programs are geared towards experienced, water polo athletes looking to compete on a national and international level.
Our high performance teams compete in the National Championship League (NCL). The NCL is a Canada-wide league for the country's top water polo players.
Valley athletes have used our high performance program as a springboard to help them reach the NCAA, senior national team, and even obtain contracts to play professionally in Europe. Our approach emphasizes a high level of fitness alongside game knowledge, with one-on-one feedback designed to help our athletes achieve their goals in the short-term, and long-term.
Our high performance programs are physically demanding and time consuming. Good time management is a necessity in order to have success at this level of competition.
With national championships won by Fraser Valley teams, and a bevy of podium finishes, we are one of Canada's top water polo clubs.
In addition to competing in the NCL, our teams typically travel to a number of tournaments per season.
